This year includes a Special VIP Experience – gourmet food and beverage pairing led by Wild Ocean Seafood Market and a Meal of the Month Experience giveaway. The Taste of Titusville is a community tradition. You won't want to miss it!
Annual Food Extravaganza and Business Expo
March 21st — 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Tickets are available at the Community Credit Union (3125 South Washington Avenue – Titusville) and Chamber office beginning on February 1st, until 4pm the day of the event or tickets are sold out. Advance tickets ($20.00) are available until the day of the event. Tickets will cost $25 at the door.
You're invited to this annual food tasting and business extravaganza. This year, we're introducing a VIP Gourmet Experience - gourmet food and wine pairing with live music in an intimate tent setting, led by the chef at Wild Ocean Seafood Market! Sponsorship opportunities are still available in the following categories: Event, VIP Beverage and t-shirt. Our current sponsors include: Health First Health Plans, Community Credit Union, Spectrum, Hometown News, Searstown Mall, Hospice of St. Francis, Wild Ocean Seafood Market, Rich Curlis Rentals and Portable Air.
Vendor registration is open. Food vendors are free. Member businesses can purchase a table for $65. Non-member businesses are charged $120. Prices will increase after March 2nd. Titusville Chamber Announces 2016 Board of Directors
Titusville, February 23, 2016 - The Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2016 Board of Directors.
Led by Chairman of the Board, Carla McRae, Comptroller for BarnLight Electric and CFO for Playalinda Brewing Company, the Executive Committee includes: Vice-Chair of Financial Affairs - Donna Trantham of Mr. Submarine and Salad, Vice-Chair of Economic Affairs - Robert Jordan of Genesis VII, Vice-Chair of Public Affairs - Dawna Thorstad of Dixie Crossroads Seafood Restaurant and Vice-Chair of Legal and Legislative Affairs - Billy Specht of Titusville Family YMCA.
Returning directors on the board include: Deborah Blair - Community Credit Union, Cecil Cornish - Coldwell Banker Coast Realty, Dennis Franklin - Franklin Special Events, Michael Powell - Titusville Cocoa Airport Authority, Natalie Sellers - Parrish Medical Center, Dr. Phil Simpson - Eastern Florida State College, and Andrew Weintraub - Health First.
Newly elected and appointed directors include: Ron Cummins - Florida Power & Light, Todd Hutchinson - Titusville Police Department, and Melissa MacCalla - State Farm Robin Fisher Agency.
Liaisons include: John Belden - Titusville Area Visitor Council, Hank Evans - Canaveral Port Authority, Scott Larese - City of Titusville, Trudy McCarthy - Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast, Danny Treder - Better Business Council, and Mike Werner - Space Coast Economic Development Commission.
Installation of the 2016 Board of Directors will take place on March 8th at Playalinda Brewing Company in historic downtown Titusville. The event will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres paired with local craft beers in a menu selected by Brewmaster and Certified Cicerone Ron Raike. Admission is $75.00 per person, and space is limited. Admission includes food and unlimited samplings from the wide variety of unique, small batch beers on hand. Wine and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
Corporate Sponsorships are available for $500.00 and include 4 tickets to the events.
