BOARDWALK #1B DEMOLITION
North District Maintenance personnel will begin the process of rebuilding boardwalk #1B at Apollo Beach on July 28, 2008. This boardwalk is over 10 years old, and has reached its replacement cycle. The temporary closure of this boardwalk is expected to last approximately 8 to 10 weeks, dependant upon weather conditions. Access to boardwalk #1A, the restroom and shower area will remain open to the public.
