BOARDWALK RECONSTRUCTION CLOSES TWO PARKING AREAS BEGINNING IN DECEMBER
CONTACT: 321-267-1110 Eric LugoCanaveral National Seashore announced today that scheduled boardwalk reconstruction will require the temporary closure of two parking lots starting in December. Work is scheduled to begin at parking lot 2 in the north district during the week of December 10th. Similar boardwalk reconstruction in the south district will begin during the week of December 17th, which will temporarily close parking lot 6. This reconstruction project is a planned element of the boardwalk 10-year maintenance cycle program.
