A Message to Prospective Exhibitors

The 12th Annual Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival is scheduled for January 21 through 26, 2009. Artists, craftspeople, educators, organizations, businesses, and government agencies specializing in nature, wildlife, birding, paddling, and eco-tourism are enthusiastically invited to exhibit at the Festival. Festival attendees come from Florida, the United States, and the World to enjoy this unique event.The Festival is headquartered in the Gymnatorium at Brevard Community College-North Campus, 1311 North U.S. Highway 1, Titusville. All Seminars and Workshops will be held there and most Field Trips will originate there. The Exhibit Area will be located in the Gymnatorium, as will the Art Competition, Silent Auction, and Registration Center.

Sunday - 8:00am - 11:00amCampus Security will be provided by BCC; additional 24-hour security is provided within the Exhibit Center, supervised by Festival officials. During Exhibit Center hours, Exhibitors are expected to monitor their booths and inventory, and not leave their booths unattended.
- Because of the popularity of the Festival and its extensive Exhibitor waiting list, there will be a two-booth limit on exhibitor space, and booth registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- The Opening Reception will be held from 5:00pm 6:00pm on Wednesday, January 21 in the Exhibit Center. Exhibitors may set up during Wednesday and open their exhibits at 1:00pm to take advantage of the energy of the Opening Reception. However, Wednesday set up is optional, not mandatory.
- The Afternoon Social will be held each day in the Exhibit Center, from 5:00pm - 6:00pm Thursday, January 22 through Saturday, January 25.
- The Titusville Art League, as an individual Festival activity, will conduct The Art Competition. A panel of judges will judge the Art Competition entries. Prizes will be awarded. Exhibitors are welcome to compete.
- The Silent Auction will be held in the Exhibit Center to benefit the Festival. We appreciate your donations to the Silent Auction as they bring emphasis to your exhibit and publicity for your products. Please contact Barbara to arrange for your donation.
Festival events and exhibits promotions and advertisements run throughout the year in many National Publications, associated organization newsletters, and local, state, and national newspapers. Additional promotion of the Exhibit Center is prominently featured on the Festival web site www.nbbd.com/fly, which is regularly updated.
Complete the Registration Form to reserve your booth. You have the choice of registering online or printing out the form to fax or mail.
Returning Exhibitors will be given preference of the same 2008 booth location with receipt of registration with payment by September 19, 2008.
