Classic Car Show Under The Big Top

July 27th:  Under The Big Top Car Show to be held at 422 Julia St. from 2:00 pm to 6:00. Vendor & car entries please contact Debbie Shuler 321-267-8563. Public invited!

Details to follow but we need volunteers to work the event-collecting entry money; spotting cars; 50/50 raffle, and more. Event will be sometime between noon and 6 pm. Again, details will follow. I know you all have shops to run but if you have a child; friend; neighbor, etc, that can give us some hours, please let me know.

Vendor space is available to Downtown Merchants at no charge but we need to hear from you so we can determine where to place others. Downtown Merchants have 1st opportunity. That includes North Brevard Tire; Pat Fisher; Stickee's, etc. We have heard from The Healing Garden so far. Please let us know this week if you plan on putting a table or tent out. Opportunity will then be open to Tvle Chamber Members and then the public if space is still available.

The 2nd Friday of each month Downtown will be the happening place.

You decided that you wanted a monthly event, which is Awesome and we need it, and with that comes costs. Police, costs to close side streets, advertising, signs, etc.

You asked for and it's happening! Plans are in the works for The 2nd Friday monthly events with the hopes of July being the kick off. Live music; vendors, horse rides; face painting; Dunking Booth and much more!! Cynthia Tomes (Cupcakes On Main) has been working hard on a great plan. 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Events will be happening on Mariners Way; Julia & Nevins Courtyards, Julia St parking lot and on the sidewalks! Merchants will be promoting the goods & services as well. And we have 3 restaurants and a Lounge! Come on down. For Vendor information please stop in to see Cynthia Tomes at Cupcakes On Main

Let's get some of your ideas as to what you want to do in your business so we can include in PR. Downtown Merchants that want vendor space need to let us know. If you plan to set up on sidewalks or outside your back doors on Mariners Way, please let us know as soon as you can so we can determine space for other vendors. This is so exciting!!!

We need seed money and/or gift baskets that we can raffle off. $50.00 value would be nice.

Raffle item for each month would be awesome with a value of $800.00 or more-new computer; TV.

We want to have events that we can close US 1. CRA money have been spend so it's up to us to GET IT DONE and we can do it!

Reach out to all your contacts and let's get this gong - money for 2nd Friday ( which Cynthia Tomes already has 2 paid vendor) Raffle items for monthly event & Car Show.
